Jonathan Underwood, President
Jonathan Underwood is a visionary entrepreneur driven by a passion to serve others. A seasoned veteran of the food and hospitality industry, he founded PSi with little more than a dream, two people, and a van.
Bo Garland, AIA, VP of Architecture
Bo has a deep understanding of both design and constructability. Working in construction in his youth helped him gain valuable insight into how to be clever with the design while still being able to build efficiently. Bo takes a collaborative approach to design and construction in order to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
Management Team
Kim Keadle, Director — Business Operations
Kim graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She earned a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She has over 15 years of experience in office management and accounting. Her previous employers include Laidlaw Environmental Services (TOC), Inc., Café Enterprises, and John D. Edwards Construction, Inc. She is well-versed in the regulatory environment, hospitality business, and construction industry. She has been with PSi since June 2012.
John N Coleman, VP — Operations
John Coleman joined Precision Services, Inc as its Vice President of Operations in 2019. Mr. Coleman came to PSi following 2 years with Wofford College as its Career Development Director. Prior to Wofford, Mr. Coleman was with OTO Development, a national hotel development and management company, where he held over his 14 years, the positions of Regional Director of Real Estate, Director of eCommerce and National Sales Director. His early career also includes ten years in the golf equipment manufacturing industry and technology consulting with AT&T. In his spare time, John enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family.
